Top 5 Best FPS Games for Android

Android OS is considered to be the most popular mobile operating system and is the only one that gives tough competition to Apple iOS.

As it is a popular operating system, every app and game that is made for the OS should also be developed by keeping in mind its reputation. There are thousands of apps and games available in the Google Play Store but not each one is worth the download.

Most of the games present there are not at all good and I wonder as to how such games are developed, what’s the purpose behind it?

There are still many games like Subway Surfers, Temple Run and other strategic games like Where’s My Water? that are developed in a really awesome way. But these are small games that anyone can play.

So let’s talk about something worth talking. Here is a list of 5 of the best FPS games available for the Android smartphones.

Best FPS Games for Android

#1. Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour

Modern Combat gaming series is one of the best games ever developed for Android. Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour continues the legacy of the franchise and proves once again why they are the best.

The world is on a brink of nuclear war and it is up to you to stop the battle. The first person military shooter pumps up the adrenaline in you when you start playing the game. If you really love playing first person shooter games then this is the game that you won’t like to avoid.

#2. N.O.V.A. 3

Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance or N.O.V.A 3 presents a very believable futuristic universe. Gameloft’s third iteration of the highly successful franchise is again back with a bang.

Inspired by games like Halo and Crysis, the game presents you with oen of the best stunning and HD graphics on your smartphone that you will forget even a modern console. It runs really smooth on an Android smartphone of high specs and once you start playing it, you won’t stop till you have finished it completely.

#3. Contract Killer 2

Contract Killer 2 is one of the most amazing games that I ever played. It’s not something like Modern Combat 4 but can’t be ignored.

You are the protoganist of the game, a contract killer basically, who is given different contracts and you have to execute them and take down and kill the people. Every contract is to be executed in a particular way, some require you to escape from the spot before the time runs out, some require you to kill everyone while some are ‘Ghost Contracts’ where you have to execute the plan without being spotted.

Its surely worth the play and I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

#4. Shadowgun: DeadZone

Shadowgun is another game that can be considered as one of the best FPS games that are currently available for an Android smartphone.

Packed with stunning graphics and an amazing gameplay, the game takes you in a completely different world. Just take the gun, load it and set out on a mission. Shadowgun: DeadZone is really a game that should be played at least one time.

#5. Dead Trigger

Dead Trigger is a game that is completely unique from every other game in this list. Why it is different? Because in this game you have to kill all the zombies.

Dead Trigger is one of the best FPS games that presents amazing graphics and very realistic zombie movements makes the game an awesome survival experience. Killing zombies, making your way through them and saving other survivors are the highlight points of the game.
