[Updated] Balt ROM for Samsung Galaxy Mini/Pop (GT 5570) : A Must Have Customised ROM

(Last Updated On: April 17, 2013)

It’s the end of the conversation with CyanogenMod 10.1 for Samsung Galaxy mini and we are going to start a new session with the highly customized Balt ROM.

I recently came across this ROM and just like any, I put the ROM to my phone and flashed.

Hallaballa… Am I using the same galaxy mini? Really I could not believe my eyes. Some of my loyal readers had requested me to provide a cool ROM rather than CyanogenMod.

I fulfil your request here and I’m sure you won’t be regretted after trying Balt ROM. Let’s discuss how it differs from the leader of custom ROMs, aka, CyanogenMod.

Basically, the most difficult job in custom ROM making is to find a lucrative kernel which guarantees maximum power just like the engines in the vehicle does.

To push out maximum errors, we’ve used the same kernel as we were using in the old CyanogenMod 10.1 releases. The kernel was made by my friend Erickas and the ROM (CM) was developed by Rohan.

Both of them are extremely geeky when it comes to their work and I really respect them.

After many user requests, I have added the latest version which doesn’t carry any bugs. You can try it without any fear. Also the the ROM android version has been updated from Android 4.1.2 to 4.2.1

How Balt ROM Works?

Well, the most interesting question so far. Let me explain this clearly. Said above, Balt ROM works on CyanogenMod kernel which ensures maximum ability and top notch performance.

Secondly, it’s preloaded with a bunch of useful apps so that you don’t have to download it from other sources.

Last but not the least, it’s power packed by Adrenaline like engine which is very famous for its lowest latency cache buildup. It makes your phone super fast even if you load a ton of apps and scripts.

Balt ROM comes with 2 generic versions, the CM 10 and the latest 10.1 (android 4.1.2 and 4.2.1 respectively).

I add both of the versions here for snappy ease and you can download both and make a try.
